The V2 rocket was a short-range rocket or ballistic missile developed by the nazi regime during world war 2 in germany. The A-4 rocket (V-2) used a 75% ethanol / water mixture for the jet fuel and a liquid oxygen (LOX for short) for the fuel oxidizer.
