He always talked to own kids growing up about the “big lie” of believing that money, promiscuity, drugs, alcohol or material things will ultimately make you happy. He is very active at akron children’s hospital from the newborn intensive care unit, to cancer patients, to kids in sports medicine. While he has friends that are making a difference in haiti and kenya, dr. Congeni stresses that there are great needs present right here in our own community in northeast ohio.
